About Eloiza
Eloiza Domingo is the founder and CEO of FourTen. After a highly successful career as a chief diversity officer at financial services, healthcare and pharmaceutical companies, she’s venturing out to help companies and leaders manage chaos and crisis.
An award-winning executive, Eloiza is known for formulating organizational strategies that successfully meet business and culture objectives. She specializes in empowering leaders to guide authentically, enhancing the company’s brand reputation and organizational culture. A recipient of many awards in her field, including Top Leader in Innovation (Los Angeles Time), Female Disrupter Award (Authority Magazine), Most Influential Filipinas in the World (Filipina Women’s Network), and the ICON Award (Congressional Black Caucus, Motion Picture Association), she has also testified before U.S. Congress on DEI audits.
Beyond her professional achievements, much of Eloiza’s authentic leadership and inclusive strategy perspectives have come from her experience as a single mom raising two sets of biracial twin boys, the daughter of immigrants from the Philippines, and wrangler of four dogs. She lives in greater Chicago.
Journey Map

In 2024, after achieving numerous awards for global brands, I bet on myself. I founded FourTen LLC and named it after my height. I recognized that throughout my life, my short stature led many to have preconceived notions of my effectiveness, leadership or experience. But their presumptions were fuel for ownership of my brand and identity, and now serve as a basis for FourTen’s mission to help others achieve that same clarity and success.

MEET THE TEAM

Sora
Chief Mascot
Sora is a four-year-old Doberman who takes her assignment as company mascot very seriously. If she is not supporting and motivating Eloiza through the office chaos, you can find her warding off the squirrels and birds in the front yard.

Lili
VP of Napping Strategy & Deputy Mascot
Lili is a three-year-old Lab-mix. She can regularly be found testing the various couches and beds in the office, but refuses to use the dog beds on the floor because — ew.

Kala
VP of Treat Acquisitions & Deputy Mascot
Kala is a seven-month-old Rottweiler who joined the team only four months ago. She’s easing into her new role by taking treats out of her team members’ mouths to ensure quality.

Stanley
Head of Security & Sidekick to the Chief Mascot
Stan is a six-year-old Shih Tzu who assigned himself to keep the peace, regularly utilizing a barking strategy with the occasional stare-down technique.
INCLUSIVE CRISIS LEADERSHIP /A leadership approach/
Prioritizes preparation and leaning into tension and decision processes that consider many perspectives and needs, with a focus on transparency. Outcomes include long-term cooperation with stakeholders and teams, enhanced internal and external trust and improved brand reputation.
Differs from crisis management, which is reactive and focuses on maintaining status quo and quickly returning to typical operations.
